It came down to the choices that turned out to be 1 and 2 on the survey. The common thread maybe getting into an interview and then not connecting with the interviewer 100% on their more serious needs and our most accomplished talents and experiences.
If you prepared for the interview you should not have any concerns. Most interviewers have not been trained in the art of interviewing therefore may not ask appropriate questions. If this happens, I try and answer the questions that they should have asked. I really hate the questions about what type of animal or plant you would be if you were an animal or plant. Not a straight forward question and the answer is in the interview’s head.

Often a concern for appearing too boastful in the process of depicting past experience and/or accomplishments.
